- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 6 tbsp cold water
- food colouring
Dissolve the cornstarch into the cold water.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the boiling water.
Stir constantly and continue heating until the mixture becomes glossy.
Add food colouring. Remove from heat.
Cool completely before using.
