This week’s word is one of the very fundamentals of life:

Breathe

1 a: to draw air into and expel it from the lungs : respire; broadly : to take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide through natural processes b: to inhale and exhale freely

2: live

3  to emit a fragrance or aura : to become perceptible : be expressed

4: to pause and rest before continuing

5: to blow softly

6: to feel free of restraint

7 of wine : to develop flavor and bouquet by exposure to air

I was actually listening to the radio last night and a song came on from the Police called, “Every Breath You Take”. Having heard this song I was instantly drawn to the word breath. It is amazing how song lyrics provide me with countless inspiration. So much so, that I have a pen and paper readily available to jot down notes. This is so handy!! Although Steve complains about all the slips of paper on our dresser every night!

Here is a layout I did of Emmy. I used some photos of her that truly take my breath away! She looks so pure and innocent in these photos. I also found a quote that fit the layout perfectly.
