Creative Team 2007

 

Creative Crafts and Stickers has a new creative team. For the first time ever, these Creative Chicks are all based out of Canada.

I hope you take this opportunity to get to know them all better.

Hi!  My name is Ally.  I’m a 31 year old, stay at home mom of one little boy, Spencer and dedicated fiance of Todd.  Our family of three live in Bothwell, Ontario…. a very small town with many friendly people.  I am often seen running around our yard, camera around my neck, taking lots of pictures!



I have been scrapping for just over 2 years and I am addicted to say the least!   I am a proclaimed circle, Prima and Basic Grey addict!  My favourite subjects to scrap are my son and fiance.


I have been published a number of times; including in The Scrapbook Magazine, Scrapbook and Cards Today and in the Ready! Set! Create! ezine.  I also have a number of manufacturer gallery publications for Basic Grey and Prima Marketing Inc.


I am so extremely proud to be a member here at Creative Crafts and Stickers!  I look forward to creating an amazing experience here with all you!  Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to be a part of this awe inspiring Creative Team!

Hi, I’m Amy Duquette (macmomma) and I live in Windsor, Ontario. This is my second time being on the team here at CCAS
and I am totally stoked about it!  I started scrapbooking as a way to release my creativity after being laid off from my
graphic design job. My step-mom had showed me an album she had been working on about my son and then invited me to a
small family crop and with my cousin Laura’s help they had me hooked.



In August of 2006 my family suffered a great loss with the sudden passing of my step-mom.  I just couldn’t bring myself
to scrapbook after that.  Combined with some physical problems I was having with my hands, traditional paper
scrapbooking was just not something I could do any longer. Then I discovered the wonderful world of digital and found a
new medium to express my creativity.  I have been doing digital for less than a year and have had some great
opportunities to be on some wonderful Creative Teams.


A few months ago I jumped right back into traditional paper scrapping and didn’t realize how much I missed it!  My hands
are almost back to normal and I am once again able to enjoy this addiction of ours!  I look forward to working with my
old friends and my new friends that make up the new team and I hope you will all have as much fun as I know we will have
here at CCAS!
 

Hi There! My name is Dorrie (AKA Dorrie.. and no not the same Dory in Nemo!) and I am a 36 year old mother of 2 and a step mother of three others. Riley (13), Cody (11), Tavish (10) Cameron (8) and our baby girl Grace (22 months) keep life pretty interesting for Rob and I. By day, I am a Paramedic dispatcher (911) in Ottawa Ontario and love my job. Some days are much more rewarding that others, but it different everyday and I love the challenges of each patient I speak to or help. I have 2 real CPR saves and have delivered 2 babies on the phone… like I said, it can be very rewarding!



Scrapbooking has really become a hobby for me over the past 5 years. I followed my friend to a scrapbooking store (because I had no idea they existed) and was in awe of what I saw. Instantly hooked! I scrap my family, life’s challenges, and anything I can to be sure that at the end of the day, my kids know how much I love them and how much I want them to know who I am! When I am long gone, these pages will be the story I want them to remember! My style is ever changing and I love trying new techniques with old stuff!


CCAS is a fantastic online community with amazing ladies and I am so excited to be a part of this very talented team! I love to laugh and poke fun and hopefully will inspire some of you along the way, because you all have inspired me already! See you in the funny farm!!! 

Hi everyone!  I’m a SAHM of four ranging in age from 16 down to 2, a Christian gal, and a scrappin’ addict!!!  Even though my sanity remains questionable, I seem to be able to pull everything off!  I’ve been married to an amazing man for ten years, and we recently relocated from Saskatchewan to Wainwright, Alberta.
 

 

I started scrappin’ CM style about 6 years ago and became a consultant so I could have EVERYTHING in the catalogue!  That’s where the addiction started!  I was introduced to an online forum….(and a brad) in 2005 and I’ve never looked back!
 

 

My DH and kids are my main source of inspiration….and once in a while I break down and include our ugly dog Maggie in the process!  I usually peruse the boards all day and get scrappin’ late at night…the only time it’s quiet around here!  LOL
 

 

I’m really excited to be a part of this amazing group of ladies and can’t wait to get to know everyone better!  This is gonna be one great party!

Hi everyone! I’m Melody Zahara ~ aka ~ melzscrappin.



I live here on Vancouver Island BC in a little town called Cobble Hill. I am married to my best friend Monte ~ have two awesomes daughter ~ Juanita (30) ~ and Melody Jr (16 - going on 30!). I have two wonderful grandchildren and a great SIL ~ whom are all the main focus of my scrapbooking.


I have been scrappin happy for a little over two years now ~ and yeppers..I’m totally addicted. I love altered art, shabby chick, freestyle and am not afraid to step out of my box. I love learning new techniques…LOVE my primas..and love my exacto knife!


I am honored to be chosen as part of the CT for CCAS and am so looking forward to sharing all our memories and scrappin ideas together. It’s such a privilege to be part of a wonderful group of ladies ~ to joke and laugh ~ share our life experiences ~ learn some new techniques ~ and get scrappin happy! 

Hi there! My name is Tara aka: Thynner. I have been a member of CCAS for almost two years now. I have lurked and stalked other boards but never felt comfortable joining until I came across CCAS. I adore Jen and the gals. They welcomed me with open arms and I have made some good friends here as well.



I have been a stay at home Mom for 7 years until this past fall, when my youngest joined JK. Since she was gone half the day I went out and found a part time job. I have three girls who are very close to one another. The twins, Emmy and DD (her real name) are 7 and Paige is 5.


I have been married to my “soul mate” for 10 years now and I adore my family. They are my main inspiration for scrapping!


I have been scrapping now for just over 3 years. I stumbled upon it by accident. I never considered myself an artist and even hated art in school. I find scrapping to be my sanctuary from the every day chaos of raising a family. It is my quiet time at the end of the day. I love trying new and interesting things on my pages and in my designs.
I have learned so much from my time here. I have been challenged every month to create new and unusual pages that I love. There is so much talent here and I am so proud to have been chosen as Creative Team Event Coordinator.  It is such an honor.


I look forward to doing my part to continue making CCAS a great place to be!
