Creative Crafts and Stickers has an amazing design team.  These Creative Chicks are spread out across North America, with four currently living in Canada and four living in the USA.

Hi, I am Shannon (1scrappymom). I am a working mom of 2. My daughter, Bailee, is 10 and my son, Logan, is 4. I have been married to my best-friend, Shane, for the past 13 years. The 4 of us, plus my 83 year old grandfather and 2 old beagles live in Fort Wayne, IN. I have worked in the social service field since obtaining my first degree in 1993. I am currently working on my Masters in computer engineering, but still have a long way to go. When I am not working, studying or playing with my family, I am scrapping. Scrapbooking has evolved from just a simple hobby to a way of life for me. I think I have always scrapbooked in one form or another, but didn’t become “acid free” until 2001 after a cruise to the Bahamas. I love to try new ways of doing things and looking at the world from a different perspective. I also love the photography involved with scrapbooking. I love designing for Creative Crafts and Stickers!

 

 

 

Hi, I am Allison (newmommy2scrap).  I am a stay at home mom of one year old little boy, Spencer and girlfriend to the love of my life, Todd.  

I have been scrapping for just over a year now and I have become ADDICTED!!

I enjoy the whole process of creating: taking the photographs, picking the best of the best, matching the paper, gathering the embellishments, creating with paper and seeing the beautiful end product.

I love knowing that all the pages and projects I complete, my family will have one more piece of my heart and my soul.

I am so honoured to be a part of this team of wonderfully creative and extremely talented women!  I just hope I can challenge you to create beautiful things just as I challenge myself!

Hi, I am Amy (macmomma).  When I started scrapbooking it was a creative outlet for me after I was laid off from my job as a graphic designer.   Now almost a year later it has become my favourite hobby and current passion or should I say obsession?  Scrapbooking has allowed me to spend time with some scrap happy family members that, because of where we all live, I usually only see when we get together for monthly family crops.  A wise woman once told me that “There are no rules when it comes to scrapbooking” and i try to live by that with my layouts.  I can see how my style has  changed as I tried new things and became more confident with different techniques.

My darling 5 year old son has been the inspiration of most of my layouts.  I have found that I have forgot tiny details from when he was a baby and I don’t want that to grow into forgetting giant pieces of his childhood.  I want my son to be able to look at my albums 50 years from now and know exactly what he was like when he was a child, to share the memories with his own children.

Being chosen for the Design Team at Creative Crafts and Stickers was the highlight of my scrapbooking experience thus far.  CCAS is growing and changing each day and I am so happy to be along for the ride and help out when I can.  I feel blessed to have been given this opportunity and I cannot wait to inspire others to create their own works of art with their cherished family memories.

 

 

Hi, I am Carol (Carol).  I am a SAHW and married to the love of my life. We have four wonderful grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and two beautiful granddaughters. I started scrapbooking about three years ago after two of our sons got married and I made a trip to the local scrapbook store to get supplys for their wedding albums, and from that moment, I was hooked.

I have always had a love for handcrafts, needlework, quilting, painting and cardmaking, and scrapbooking has given me another creative outlet while allowing me to preserve my family’s legacy and memories for generations to come. Scrapbooking allows me to tell a story about important occasions, events, everyday moments, people and things I love and things about me that I hope will not be forgotten. Passing along my love for scrapbooking and preserving family memories is something I hope to achieve.

Being a part of the CCAS community has been a wonderful experience where I have made friends and learned so much from the talented members here. Being a part of the CCAS Design Team is truly an honor and I am looking forward to working closely with such wonderful and talented group of people.

 

 

 

Hi, I am Dawn (Dawn). I am so excited to be apart of the Design Team here at Creative Crafts & Stickers! I have been scrapbooking for about 9 years now, the right way, but have been keeping my pictures in books with little extras since I was little. It was something I did with my Grandmother & have always been hooked! My scrapbook inspirations and the center of my books are my family and pets. My husband, our 6 year old son & all our fur babies live in sunny California. When I am not scrapbooking, I work part time in a Children’s Hospital taking care of pre-mature infants. I would say my scrapbook style is clean & simple. I feel scrapbooking is more then just a hobby, we are saving our history & telling our stories for future generations.

 

 

 

Hi, I am Laura (AngelBear). I am a thirty something sahm to 2 fantastic and energetic little boys - Cody is 5 and Ty is 4.  They are 13 months apart and are the best of friends!  I am happily married for 6 1/2 years to my best friend and the most patient & handsome man on earth, Jon that unfortunately drives long haul truck and is only home on weekends.  He is very supportive of my addiction..I mean hobby!  He is always willing to help out when he can and has even created a few pages on his own that are gorgeous!

I started scrapping about 3 1/2 years ago when my sister took me to a Creative Memories beginner class and I although I really enjoyed it I just wasn’t a Creative Memories scrapper and soon struck out on my own.  I found a few very helpful and friendly sites on the web and have been trying new things and learning ever since.  I have completed 7 family albums as well as 4 12×12 gift albums. My current project, besides our family albums, is working on a wedding album for my mother and father in law for Christmas.  Working with their old pictures that were kept in a an old magnetic album, really made me appreciate this hobby even more.  My pictures will be around for many years, as will the story behind them.  With my dh on the road, and two very active boys to keep me busy, I don’t have a lot of time to myself to scrap so I make time!  Every night after the kids go to bed (by 8pm) I take out my supplies and try an do something scrapbooking oriented every day to give me some ‘me’ time.  Once a month my mom, Aunt Pat, sister Debbie and cousin Amy (a fellow design team member here) get together to scrap, laugh and inspire each other. My family is the focus of my life, my inspiration, and my motivation to scrapbook.

 

 

Hi, I am Tanya (Tanya). Currently I am a SAHM to 2 beautiful girls, Abigail (7) and Hadley (8 ½ months). I am married to my best friend John (9 years), and we all live, along with our border collie “Celia” and new kitten “Jack” just outside of Ottawa, Ontario. In my life pre-kids, I worked as a registered nurse, and loved it dearly. I am fortunate to be able to work for my LSS designing class layouts and projects, along with teaching a few times a month. I have also begun designing and teaching for a wholesaler, to showcase new product as it comes in.

I really cannot remember exactly why I stumbled across scrapbooking, or how I came to be even familiar with the craft. I do remember just saying about 6 years ago, that I wanted to make my husband’s and my parents, an album for Christmas, which I did. I went online, found some examples, bought my supplies and went to work. I must say, I have definitely evolved from those first albums, and love seeing where my creativity has taken me. I love how I can capture every day life moments and artistically showcase them for all to see. I only wish there were additional hours in the day so that I can create more.
