Create a winter scene using this great puffy paint or add food colour to it to make any colour you wish.
What you will need:
- shaving cream
- white glue
- food coloring (optional)
Mix equal parts of shaving cream (not gel, and not menthol) and elmer’s white glue. Once mixed, this paint will instantly swell up for a puffy effect. You can use it to paint a picture, add detail to a project, or dimension to paper mache.
